Hi I'm Cassandra, A birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and certified breastfeeding counselor. I love supporting families from pregnancy through the first few months postpartum. I provide support prenatally, teaching all about birth and helping you prepare physically and mentally for labor. I offer daytime postpartum support, this is mother focused support meaning I care for you while you care for your baby. That includes nutritious meals, breastfeeding support, body and energy work, and allowing you the space you need to talk through your birth and any tough feelings you may have postpartum. I also offer childbirth classes and breastfeeding suppport separately because sometimes you just need a little extra to prepare you and get you to meet your goals. My practice is mindfulness focused, to me that means providjng guidance in keeping you and your family in the present moment. Taking each day and moment at a time and allowing yourself the ability to slow down and simply witness as your body and your baby work together through it all.

My journey into energy healing began as a mother seeking comfort and connection for my medically complex nonverbal son. What started as a personal journey grew into a passion for helping others find peace, clarity, and connection. Blending my nursing background with intuitive and spiritual practices, I offer a compassionate, individualized approach to healing. My sessions may incorporate Reiki, channeled Akashic Record readings, EFT tapping, guided meditation, and intuitive guidance. Hi, I’m Christina, founder of Moonfire Wellness. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, I offer personalized wellness services that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and whole-person well-being. My goal is to provide a calm, welcoming space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling more grounded than when they arrived. Since becoming a massage therapist in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, each with their own unique goals and experiences. Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, Amanda combines energy healing, nervous system regulation, Qigong, and mind-body practices to help clients release emotional burdens, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. Karen M. Thueme is the owner and practitioner behind A Touch of My Harp, a private Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy practice in New Baltimore, Michigan. As a trained Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy Practitioner, Karen creates personalized, non-touch experiences using the gentle resonance of a live therapeutic harp to help clients slow down, relax, and reconnect with a greater sense of calm.

I’m Chelsea Reinbold, a breathwork facilitator, educator, wellness coach, yoga teacher, and founder of Embodied Breath Academy. My approach to healing is rooted in the belief that insight alone isn’t always enough to create lasting change. Our experiences live not only in the stories we tell ourselves, but also in the patterns of our nervous system and the ways we have learned to respond, protect, and move through the world. I integrate breathwork, nervous system education, mindfulness, somatic and trauma-informed practices, movement, and embodiment to help people develop a deeper relationship with themselves and their bodies. My work is centered around creating spaces where people can explore what is present without force, build greater capacity for their emotions and experiences, and develop practical tools they can carry into everyday life. Hi, I'm Sarah, founder of Live Vibrant @ Four Directions Alchemy in Ludington, Michigan. My work lives at the intersection of personal development, spirituality, intuition, and the patterns that shape how we experience life. I've always been fascinated by the human system: how belief becomes behavior, how the body carries experience, how intuition speaks to us, and why parts of us seem to know long before the mind catches up. I believe there is intelligence in what we experience, even when it feels confusing or uncomfortable. My work helps people understand themselves more deeply, recognize what is asking for attention, and move with greater awareness and choice. My approach blends practical self-understanding with spiritual and intuitive exploration. I draw from holistic, mind-body, spiritual, and personal-development practices in ways that respond to the person and what will best support them in that moment. I spent many years in community mental health, and my background includes study in hypnosis, energy work, shamanic and earth-honoring practices, spirituality, meditation, sound, nervous-system support, and holistic personal growth. I'm also an ordained minister and ceremonialist with a love for meaningful rituals that help us mark change with intention. At the heart of my work is the belief that people already carry more wisdom, resilience, and inner knowing than they often realize.
