Headquarters Text Alerts
Headquarters Mental Wellness (operated by HQS Mental Wellness LLC) can text providers listed on Headquarters when someone nearby posts a request for mental wellness support, so they can reply quickly. Texts are optional, and only for providers who sign up.
Who gets them
Only practices and providers with a Headquarters account who choose to turn them on. We never buy or rent phone numbers, and we never text anyone who hasn't opted in.
How to sign up
Sign in to Headquarters, open My Support Requests, enter a mobile number under “Text alerts to,” check the consent box, and click Save settings. The consent box reads:
“I agree to receive Headquarters Text Alerts at this number about new support requests near my practice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See our Text Alerts, Terms and Privacy Policy.”
The box is never pre-checked, and texts are optional. Email alerts work without them.

Texts never include the name or contact details of the person who posted. We don't send texts between 9pm and 8am Eastern.

Message frequency varies with how many requests are posted near you. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts right away. You can also turn texts off anytime in My Support Requests. Reply HELP for help, or email info@hqmentalwellness.com.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
