Scott Morgan has over 30 years of full-time ministry experience as a pastor and, along with his wife Lena, has been coaching individuals and couples and consulting for churches full time since 2023. "He guided innumerable lives toward goals that will bring them fulfillment and success in all areas of their lives. He has the ability to gently lead others, while also nudging, with respect for their person and what they are wanting to accomplish as an end goal. Scott is an active listener and capable of drawing a person out of themselves to accept the challenge of advancing their personal growth." His passion is building those who would be leaders in their communities by helping them become the best person they can be in their personal lives. Scott is a certified mental health coach, life coach and SYMBIS© Facilitator along with his wife, Lena. Scott also has over 20 years in retail management experience and brings this unique perspective into his role as a leadership and church consultant. He loves to provide consulting services to churches based on his over 40 years of experience in ministry. He enjoys hanging out with his adult kids, spending date days with his wife, hiking, golfing (when he gets the chance), and even gets pleasure out of mowing the lawn!
