Integrated Movement, LLC
Practice Overview
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful, lasting change begins with the nervous system. I guide clients in using movement as a way to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and build resilience from the inside out. Whether I’m helping someone feel more coordinated in their movement, helping share strategies that manage stress, or working with a rider to feel more balanced and confident in the saddle, my goal is to offer compassionate, brain-informed support that acknowledges the whole person. I want to help you find solutions that are customized for your needs. I bring a curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to this work. I believe that meaningful and lasting change happens when we create safety in the nervous system and build from there—with patience, creativity, and trust in the process.
In today’s fast-paced world, mental and emotional well-being is essential for both children and adults. Two powerful, body-based approaches—the Feldenkrais Method and Applied Neurology—offer gentle, science-backed ways to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and build greater resilience from the inside out. The combination of these methods can help riders achieve more fluid movement, along with improved coordination, balance, and body awareness for a more harmonious connection with their horses.
