Practice Overview
This practice centers on helping individuals better understand the connection between their mind and body so they can move through life with more clarity, awareness, and less reactivity.
Clients are guided to tune into the sensations in their body, recognize the messages behind them, and connect those experiences to the thoughts and beliefs they’re holding. This work creates space, both mentally and physically, allowing for more intentional responses instead of automatic reactions.
With a background in social education and behavior, and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this approach combines evidence-based tools with deeper mind-body practices. Sessions integrate somatic awareness, coaching, and frequency-based tools to help support the body in shifting patterns, especially in areas where clients may feel stuck or unable to move forward.
Services are primarily virtual and include one-on-one coaching, long-term support, and women’s groups focused on learning how to unhook from unhelpful thoughts and build more psychological flexibility in everyday life.
When you learn to understand your body and create space in your mind, you gain the ability to respond with intention instead of reacting automatically.
