Practice Overview
I strive to provide you with an environment that will take the scary feeling of vulnerability away. It won't be the easiest thing you've done, but with time, you will be so grateful you took the leap. Struggling with life altering changes, difficulties that you've faced for many years (maybe decades) or maybe just the challenges of everyday life (me too!)? Whatever it is, I am so excited to help you become the best version of you! I truly enjoy working with everyone 14 and up, inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community!
I want your treatment plan to look how you want it to look. I want you to have autonomy in your plan and I want your buy in. That may mean holistic treatments, medications or maybe a combination of the two. In general, I tend to be more on the med conservative side, but every plan looks a bit different. Bring your ideas to our visits! This is about you having the best quality of life; the way you see it.
