We are an intentionally small, locally owned, strength-based and social justice minded private psychotherapy practice providing in person psychotherapy in Grand Rapids, Michigan and online psychotherapy to clients located anywhere in the State of Michigan.
Using an individualized approach and research-based techniques to meet your specific needs, we create a safe and caring environment that promotes growth, healing, and empowerment. We strive to help clients discover their existing strengths, find hope for the future, and overcome difficulties to achieve their goals.

Fees & Insurance
We accept private pay clients and are also in network with Aetna, ASR, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HAP PPO, and Priority Health. We are able to bill Cigna out of Network with a discount.
This practice accepts insurance. Contact them to confirm which plans are in-network and to verify your coverage.
Whenever possible, we will bill out of network health plans. When we are unable to do so, we will provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
