Join us for the evidence-based Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) 8-Week Online Series and discover how to meet life's challenges with greater kindness, resilience, and emotional balance. The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) 8-Week series is an evidence-based training program developed by leading researchers Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. It is designed to help people meet moments of difficulty with greater ease, kindness, and emotional balance. Rather than getting caught in patterns of self-criticism or overwhelm, MSC offers practical tools to respond to life’s challenges with a steadier, more supportive inner voice. It blends mindfulness with self-compassion practices that can be applied in everyday life, both during stress and in ordinary moments. Pre-register for the complimentary Orientation on Sept 14 at 6:30 pm ET to learn more or register for the entire series.
