Hosted by Denise Hobbs. Experience a new level of relaxation with our small-group sound bath meditation, limited to 6–15 participants. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments in a gentle, grounding experience to release stress, reset your nervous system, and begin the weekend with clarity and calm. Standard comforts are provided — yoga mat, bolster, and blanket — all in a peaceful, welcoming space. You may want to consider bringing a small pillow, eye mask, and water to enhance your experience. Come as you are and bring a friend! No prior experience needed.
